More Than 80% of Metro Areas Registered Home Price Increases in Third Quarter of 2023: Eleven percent of the metro areas NAR tracked registered double-digit price increases in Q3 2023, up from 5% in the second quarter, and the 30-year fixed mortgage rate ranged from 6.81% to 7.31%.
