Lane County home sales slow in November, but relatively strong since start of year: Lane County home sales chugged along in the slow lane in November. But for the first 11 months of 2016, many measures of the housing market were strong, according to the Portland-based Regional Multiple Listing Service. Lane County’s 376 closed sales in November were down 6.5 percent from October.
